Welcome to explore laser.store’s logistics service system. We are committed to providing efficient and transparent cross-border transportation solutions for customers, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of Laser cutting head consumables.

Important Reminder

  • All orders are shipped from within China.
  • Order Cut-off Time (on business days): 15:00 Beijing Time (GMT+8).
  • Full Cost Transparency: All costs (including product fees, shipping fees, VAT, and import customs duties) are covered in your order payment (our SF/FedEx services adopt DDP terms) — you won’t pay any extra fees after placing the order.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to standard consumable orders via laser.store’s official channels (website/customer service).
  • Customized products: Negotiate with official customer service case-by-case.

II. Shipping Methods & Customs Clearance Services

Both services adopt DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms (we handle customs & fees):
  1. SF International (DDP) - Standard Air Freight

    • Service: Door-to-door international air freight
    • Estimated Transit Time: 7–12 business days (excl. customs clearance; total: 10–15 business days)
    • Customs Advantage: We handle all procedures; no documents needed from you.

  2. FedEx (DDP) - Expedited Air Freight

    • Service: Door-to-door expedited international air freight
    • Estimated Transit Time: 2–4 business days (excl. customs clearance; total: 3–7 business days) — ideal for urgent orders
    • Customs Advantage: Professional team assists full-process for fast clearance.

2. Fee Notes

All costs (product, shipping, VAT, customs duties) are integrated into the checkout total — no extra payments required.

3. Quotation & Payment

  • Real-time freight is displayed at checkout (based on order weight).
  • Bulk orders: Contact info@laser.store for preferential customized quotes.
  • Payment: Supported via Shopify Payments (one transaction for product + freight).

IV. Delivery Time & Logistics Tracking

1. Time Details

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (from payment confirmation to shipment arrangement).
  • Shipping Origin: China.
  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (excl. customs clearance).
  • Customs Clearance Time: 1–3 business days (we follow up full-process).
  • Cut-off Time: 15:00 Beijing Time (business days) — orders paid before this time ship same day; after ship next business day.

2. Tracking Service

Within 24 hours of shipment, you’ll get an email with:
  • Tracking Number: Check status via SF/FedEx official sites or 17Track.
  • Customs Clearance Link: Real-time progress for DDP orders.

V. Exception Handling

  1. Shipment Delay: Contact info@laser.store if delayed >3 business days (non-force majeure causes).
  2. Damaged/Lost Packages: Take photos and contact us within 24 hours — we’ll handle claims & offer free replacements (if in stock).
  3. Address Errors: Free modification before shipment; after shipment, extra fees apply (logistics provider quoted).

VI. Additional Services

Corporate customers: Bonded/overseas warehouse storage + multi-batch delivery (reduce costs). Contact customer service for details.

VII. Important Notes

  • Prohibited Items: No lithium batteries, liquids, powders (our products are regular industrial consumables).
  • Address Format: Provide complete English address (country, city, postal code) — incorrect info causes delays/fees (borne by you).
