Welcome to laser.store’s logistics service system. We are committed to providing efficient and transparent cross-border transportation solutions for customers, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of laser cutting head consumables, spare parts, and related industrial components.
Important Reminder
All orders are shipped from China.
Order Cut-off Time on business days: 15:00 Beijing Time (GMT+8).
Duties, Taxes & Shipping Terms: For supported countries and shipping methods, duties, VAT, and import taxes may be included when DDP shipping is selected at checkout. For other destinations, DAP or self-clearance shipping may apply, and the customer may be responsible for local import charges.
I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to standard consumable and spare parts orders placed through laser.store’s official channels, including the website and customer service.
Customized products, bulk orders, or special shipping requirements may be handled case by case. Please contact our customer service team before placing the order.
II. Shipping Methods & Customs Clearance Services
DDP shipping is available for supported destinations when shown at checkout. For some countries or special routes, shipments may be arranged under DAP or self-clearance terms.
SF International - Standard Air Freight
Service: Door-to-door international air freight.
Estimated Transit Time: Usually 7–12 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance. Total delivery time may be around 10–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs process.
Customs Note: For DDP shipments, we will handle the main customs process. However, the carrier or customs authority may still request a tax ID, VAT number, company information, personal identification, or other documents depending on the destination country.
FedEx - Expedited Air Freight
Service: Door-to-door expedited international air freight.
Estimated Transit Time: Usually 2–4 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance. Total delivery time may be around 3–7 business days depending on the destination country and customs process.
Customs Note: For DDP shipments, we will assist with the main customs process. For some destinations, DAP or self-clearance may apply depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
III. Freight Calculation & Payment
1. Freight Standard
Freight is calculated by actual weight and displayed in USD.
Taxes, duties, and customs-related fees depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Fee Notes
For supported countries and shipping methods, duties, VAT, and import taxes may be included when DDP shipping is selected at checkout.
For other destinations, DAP or self-clearance shipping may apply, and the customer may be responsible for local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
3. Quotation & Payment
Real-time freight is displayed at checkout based on order weight, destination country, and selected shipping method.
For bulk orders or special shipping requirements, please contact info@laser.store for customized quotes.
Payment is supported via Shopify Payments. The checkout total may include product cost and shipping cost depending on the selected shipping method.
IV. Delivery Time & Logistics Tracking
1. Time Details
Order Handling Time: Usually 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Origin: China.
Transit Time: Usually 3–15 business days depending on the carrier, destination country, customs clearance, holidays, remote areas, or other logistics conditions.
Customs Clearance Time: Usually 1–3 business days, but it may vary by country and customs authority.
Cut-off Time: 15:00 Beijing Time on business days. Orders paid before the cut-off time are usually processed on the same business day when the products are in stock and all shipping information is complete.
2. Tracking Service
After shipment, tracking information will be provided by email.
Customers can track the parcel through the carrier’s official website or 17Track.
V. Customs Documents
For international shipments, we may provide a commercial invoice, packing list, or other basic shipping documents when required by the carrier or customs authority.
For DAP or self-clearance shipments, the commercial invoice and packing list will be sent by email for customs clearance.
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email address, tax ID, VAT number, EORI number, company information, or personal identification information is accurate if required by the destination country.
VI. Exception Handling
Shipment Delay: Please contact info@laser.store if the shipment is delayed for more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery time.
Damaged or Lost Packages: Please take photos and contact us within 24 hours after delivery or after the issue is confirmed. We will assist with carrier claims and provide replacement solutions when applicable.
Address Errors: Address modification is free before shipment. After shipment, additional fees may apply depending on the carrier’s policy.
Customs Delay: Customs clearance delays may occur due to destination country regulations, missing customer information, inspection, holidays, or customs authority requirements. We will assist where possible, but customs decisions are controlled by the destination country.

VIII. Important Notes
Prohibited Items: Our products are regular industrial consumables and spare parts. We do not ship lithium batteries, liquids, powders, or other restricted items unless confirmed separately.
Address Format: Please provide a complete English shipping address, including country, city, postal code, company name if applicable, contact person, phone number, and email address.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delays, failed delivery, extra fees, or customs clearance issues.
