Welcome to Laser store! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Laser store. Laser store operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our core products are Laser cutting head consumables; We do not offer custom services.. We offer international shipping services limited to the United States and Canada. Shopify powers our store to enable us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) define your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

We have made reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products (including Laser cutting head consumables and customized products) on our online store. However, product colors, appearances, or details may differ from what is displayed on your device due to device type, screen settings, and other factors. We do not warrant that the appearance, quality, or performance of purchased products will meet your expectations or match the online depiction.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. Laser store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion (including but not limited to insufficient inventory, incorrect pricing, or suspicious order activity). Your order is not confirmed until we send you an order acceptance email, and we must receive and process your payment before accepting the order.
Please review your order details carefully before submission. We may be unable to accommodate order cancellations or modifications after acceptance. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order placement. For orders paid in advance, we will refund the full amount within 3-5 business days using the original payment method.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK]. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT AND PRICING

4.1 Price Transparency

All product prices displayed on our store are in US dollars (USD), The exchange rate is automatically calculated by the software based on the country.The price excluding taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of order placement, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices in our online store may differ from those in physical stores or third-party platforms. Promotional offers are governed by separate terms and conditions; if there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.

4.2 Payment Methods and Process

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, provided by Shopify. The payment process is as follows:
  1. After selecting products and completing the order, you will be redirected to the secure payment page;
  2. Select your preferred payment method and enter the required payment information;
  3. Submit the payment and wait for the payment confirmation (usually completed within a few minutes);
  4. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and send an order acceptance email.

4.3 Fee Policy

Additional fees (including shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, etc.) are calculated as follows:
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated based on the actual weight of the order and the selected shipping method (SF International: 16 USD/kg – 39 USD/kg; FedEx: 20 USD/kg – 41 USD/kg; unit price decreases with increasing order weight). Real-time shipping fee estimates are available at checkout, and the exact amount will be displayed on the payment page.
  • Taxes: Calculated in accordance with the tax laws of the destination country/region (United States/Canada). The tax amount will be automatically calculated and displayed by Shopify at checkout.
  • Customs Duties: For international shipments to the United States and Canada, customs duties are calculated based on local customs regulations. The duty amount will be automatically displayed at checkout, and you can review it before paying for the order.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and payment information, and to promptly update your account information (including email address, credit card details) to ensure smooth transaction processing. You warrant that the payment information provided is true, correct, and complete, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that you will pay all charges incurred (including product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable fees) at the posted prices.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Shipping Regions, Timeframes, and Related Details

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from within China.
Applicable Shipping Regions: We only provide shipping services to the United States and Canada. For other regions, please contact our official customer service for consultation.
Daily Order Cutoff Time: 15:00 Beijing Time (GMT+8). Orders paid before the cutoff time will be processed for shipment on the same business day; orders paid after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: We offer two air freight services (both DDP terms), with estimated delivery times excluding customs clearance time:
  • SF International (Standard Air Freight): 10–15 business days; total time including customs clearance (1–3 business days): 11–18 business days.
  • FedEx (Expedited Air Freight): 2–5 business days; total time including customs clearance (1–3 business days): 3–8 business days (suitable for urgent orders).
All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will send you a logistics tracking notification via email within 24 hours of shipment, including the tracking number (trackable on SF International/FedEx official websites or 17Track) and a customs clearance status link (for DDP orders).

5.2 Risk and Title Transfer

Title to the products and the risk of loss or damage to the products pass to you when we hand over the products to the designated shipping carrier (SF International/FedEx). After the products are transferred to the carrier, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.1 Return Policy Link

6.2 Refund Process

The refund process is as follows:
  1. You submit a refund request to our customer service (via info@laser.store) within the specified time limit, providing your order number, product photos, and a detailed description of the reason for the refund;
  2. Our customer service will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of the review result;
  3. If the refund is approved:
    1. For unused and undamaged products: You need to return the product to the designated address (provided by customer service) within 7 business days of approval. We will inspect the returned product upon receipt;
    2. For defective or wrong products: You may be required to provide additional proof (such as product defect photos) and are not required to return the product in some cases (determined by customer service).
  4. After confirming that the return meets the requirements (or after verifying the defect/wrong shipment), we will process the refund within 3–5 business days;
  5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The refund amount includes the product price and any applicable taxes; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong shipment, defective product).
Please note that return shipping fees are borne by you unless the return is caused by our mistake. We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned products during transit; we recommend purchasing return shipping insurance.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property Rights of the Products Sold

All intellectual property rights including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights and design rights relating to the products sold on this Website shall vest in the original right holders (suppliers/brand owners) of such products. This Platform display, promote and sell the corresponding products within the scope of this Website, and does not obtain any intellectual property rights relating to the products themselves.

You may be provided with access to third-party customer tools as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have any input into these third-party tools. Laser store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are directly between you and Laser store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales transactions between you and Laser store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Laser store.
