BOCHU MCD100 Recognition Window Protective Lens / Conductive Glass DP.P.Z0003AA

Use this BOCHU MCD100 recognition-window conductive glass to identify the replacement by part DP.P.Z0003AA.

Replacement reference

1.Remove the four M4 × 6 Phillips countersunk screws and the pressure plate.
2.Remove the contaminated or damaged conductive glass.
3.Before installation, confirm that the new conductive glass has no obvious dust, foreign material or contamination. Confirm that the pressure plate is free of oil contamination and foreign material.
4.Install the conductive glass with the triangular orientation mark facing upward.
5.Reinstall the pressure plate. Pre-tighten the four screws, then perform final tightening to 1.2 N·m.

Service indication

Replacement is indicated when contamination affects recognition or when the conductive glass is damaged.
